A G R E E M E N TBy commissioning me, you agree that you have read
and accepted all the terms described herein.You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes
unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

‣ I have the rights to decline any projects.‣ To receive the png version (transparent background) as well you should send me the code in this TOS to show me that you've read the whole thing.‣ You acknowledge that my work may take 1 week to 4 months to be completed after the sketch approval. (Really depends on how complex the commission is)‣ At least 50% of the payment is needed before the start of the commission. (Commissioner may decide to pay half or full price before the commission)‣ Unless previously discussed, the artwork is for personal use only. Kindly let me know beforehand if you plan to use it for commercial-use.‣ Commercial art may be subject to upcharge and direct credit.‣ 3 free revisions only on the draft/sketch phase, so please say everything you want to change at a time early on when I send the progress shots.‣ Revisions are chargeable after the linework is done, with no revisions allowed after the artwork is completed. (Except for artist's mistake)‣ Maximum of 3 paid revisions (Each is 30% the commission price.)‣ Do not share personal information from the other party (be it commissioner or the artist) with a third party.‣ No refunds will be done after the linework/clean sketch has started.‣ 1/3 of the total commission price will not be refunded.‣ Inform me beforehand if you do not want me to post any details about your commission.‣ During the sketch process, list all the changes you want to be done. Please be clear about it! Unless it's some minor changes, there will be no drastic revisions after the linework is started.‣ You can ask for updates and progress shots at anytime.‣ If you've read the whole Terms of Service, please send the code "Heart" in our dms.‣ Commissioner will pay +10% for the transaction fee.
